Transcorp Group revenue soars by 59% in H1 2025

Transnational Corporation Plc has posted a 59% rise in revenue for the first half of 2025, with unaudited results showing strong year-on-year growth for the period ended June 30, 2025.
Group revenue climbed from ₦175.4 billion in H1 2024 to ₦279.7 billion, while profit before tax advanced by 21%, closing at ₦85.7 billion compared to ₦70.9 billion in the same period last year.
Despite persistent economic pressures, the diversified conglomerate, with interests in power, resources and hospitality, continued to deliver shareholder value and invest in critical Nigerian infrastructure. A standout milestone was the launch of the Transcorp Centre in Abuja, a state-of-the-art convention and events facility that has already hosted international dignitaries and major regional gatherings.
The company also announced an interim dividend of ₦4.064 billion, representing 40 kobo per ordinary share, subject to applicable withholding tax.
