The product is being manufactured and packaged by Mitchelle Foods Enterprise Ltd., Enugu.

Okah said most of her stories and roles in movies are stories about family, togetherness, unity and oneness which is exactly what Jigbo Instant Africa Salad represents.
“This is why we go into alliance with her and she has quintessential character, distinguished herself in the area of acting and we did not find it difficult in endorsing her

He said further that the company has also received certification of the food and Drug Administration FDA of the United States of America (USA).
Okah said the product had nutritional values as it contained high content of vitamins and minerals with 100 per cent organic and without preservation.
He, however, advised Nigerians to desist from consuming too much preservative food, stressing that they should stop dying of cancer but go back to natural foods.
“Our mission and vision is to see that Jigbo Instant Africa Salad replaces any other noodles in Nigeria and across Africa,” he said.
