NMC 2024: DD Africa upskills Marketers for broader reach

The Network Marketing Conference (NMC) 2024 has empowered a large number of Marketers to reach a vast scale of clients in the NETWORK MARKETING Industry.

The Conference which was convened by Mr Dele Akinsunlola on Saturday in Lagos, hosted a large number of zealous Marketers who were Present to realize an upskill in their respective marketing strategies and ensure rapid increase in business development.

During her lecture, President of DD Africa System, Faith Ajifowowe, speaking on Leadership Development and team building, enumerated that Leadership is the ability to influence a group of people positively. The positive influence of a Leader, according to her, is key, hence a leader must lead by example, establishing Authority, Building relationships, and have the ability to manage conflict. “Leadership comes with sacrifice. Focus on your teams’ personal dreams, not yourself. Increase the frequency of your meetings” she advised.

Faith further disclosed that she has been in the industry for over ten years and with the broad experience, she examined the fact that only a good leader understands the essence of team building, “A good leader must be energized and ensure enforcing the right motivations to every member of the team and ensuring the team is not affected by the former’s mood. A leader must improve on his or her Communication skill with every individual in the team” she added.

However, a facilitator on the Marketing Conference, Coach Fatimah Ibrahim, lectured participants on Leveraging technology to boost sales. She emphasized the relevance of technology but submitted that Technology isn’t replacing the method of doing business.

“Technology helps us to work smart and Marketing products through WhatsApp can also be very effective.” Fatima noted that Posts on one’s WhatsApp status which doesn’t transform to money isn’t an effective strategy to marketing using the platform. She therefore advised, “Find your target audience, create a WhatsApp channel after you must have created a brand name, use your brand name

“Ensure to educate people on the group because information comes before sales. You can do the same across all Social media handles.” Fatima also taught participants how to Create a Facebook page and Google my business account, through the map by using their email.

Meanwhile, in a session with Newsdirect, Diamond Kanu Ikechukwu explained that the word ‘Diamond’ in the business is a term used for a prestigious office, representing Neolife international. He explained that the organization structured him and made him what he is today. Citing examples of Isaac Newton, Galileo Galilei amongst others who had no formal education but groomed themselves.

He noted that his major skill in leadership was built by the company and one of his major achievements is human capacity development, training and helping people achieve their dreams.

“Neolife remains the best, since 2000 when they came into Nigeria, and ever since, no company has been able to rival them. The first thing they do is to remain true, they have never defaulted in paying their distributors, they are doing their best to ensure their products work perfectly for everyone and there are no additives in the Neolife products.” He stated.

Furthermore, Ruby Director, Ruby Toluwalope Oyebola, examined the Neolife products, saying that they are for people who value good health. “Neolife is an American company so indeed the volatility of dollar rates tend to affect the pricing, however, there are also payment plans which people can key into to ensure stable health care.” she explained.

Also, Ruby Director, Temitope Oluwasanmi stated that Neolife keeps increasing her earnings in stages. She testified of the efficacy of the Neolife products, stating that her mother who had high blood pressure and sugar level problems used the product and was off the condition within six months of use.

Temitope who was formerly a fibroid patient also testified of using the Neolife products which helped emulsify the fibroid completely. “The business, to her, “is massive and getting to the Diamond stage makes you get the opportunity to travel around the world.”

In his testament, Director Adedoyin Olukayode expressed his fear at retirement as a Banker, he explained how he became a distributor of the Neolife products. Realizing there is a system that works in the DD Africa system, unlike others he had seen. At retirement, he received a pension of fortynine thousand naira from the bank but over seventy thousand naira from DD Africa. He expressed that his pay kept increasing

“To be a successful marketer, you need the grace of God, because you need to convince clients, hence people will reject you if the God factor is not attached. Everyone needs finance and good health, so making people see that the products are for their wellbeing is key.

Mr Adedoyin remarked that his efforts, and regular trainings from the company has helped him in his strategy of marketing. “Within the space of six month I became a director. The challenge for me is making people see and know the importance of the products to their system.” He added.
