Ekpo felicitates Akpabio at 61

Minister of State Petroleum Resources (Gas), Rt. Hon. Ekperikpe Ekpo, has felicitated the President of the Senate, Godswill Obot Akpabio on the occasion of his 61st birthday celebration.
