Bamigboye delivers joy with food packs, cash gifts to over 1,000 Mushin residents

In a heartwarming display of community spirit, Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye, the Executive Chairman of Mushin Local Government, fondly known as “Mr. Solution to Hunger,” orchestrated a festive event that brought joy to over 1,000 residents across Mushin’s 10 wards.

With Easter and Ramadan in mind, Bamigboye’s initiative aimed to ease economic hardships and spread cheer during the holiday season.

Attendees representing various segments of Mushin’s diverse community, including religious, political, women’s, security, and youth groups, gathered to witness the distribution of food packs and cash gifts totaling 25,000 Naira each.

Every beneficiary, identified through group leaders, received a generous package containing 10kg of staple foods – rice, beans, semovita, and gari – neatly arranged in “Ghana-must-go” bags.

Before the distribution commenced, Bamigboye demonstrated his commitment to enhancing community services by presenting Information and Communication Technology equipment to the National Identification Management Commission (NIMC) office.

The event garnered praise from influential figures such as Senator Olanrewaju Solomon, who lauded Bamigboye’s dedication to continuous community support.

Leaders, including Senator Solomon, praised Bamigboye’s initiatives and urged support for him, expressing optimism about Nigeria’s economic future under President Tinubu. Testimonials from various sectors lauded Bamigboye’s impactful leadership since 2017.

Bamigboye highlighted ongoing projects improving infrastructure, education, and healthcare, promising further initiatives like road construction and free medical services to uplift Mushin.

He expressed gratitude to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Deputy Dr. Obafemi Hazmat for their support in promoting inclusive governance.

The event saw over 1,000 residents receiving food packs and 200 individuals receiving cash gifts, fostering unity. As stakeholders left, optimism for a prosperous Mushin was fueled by Bamigboye’s dedication to service and compassion.
