Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu has said his administration will continue to strengthen the business environment to sustain investor confidence and drive economic growth across the state.
The governor stated this during the groundbreaking ceremony of the 42 Glover Luxury Collection Building, a luxury real estate project by Artee Industries Limited on Glover Road, Ikoyi.
Sanwo-Olu described the project as a strong vote of confidence in Lagos economy, noting that investors continue to choose the state because of deliberate policies aimed at improving the ease of doing business.
He said every new investment brings opportunities for employment, wealth creation and increased economic activities, adding that the government remains committed to creating an environment where businesses can flourish.
“This development is a clear sign of the growing confidence investors have in Lagos. We are working hard to ensure our city remains a place where businesses can thrive and every project like this means real job opportunities for our people and a stronger local economy,” the governor said.
He reaffirmed that the state government would continue to invest in critical infrastructure and implement reforms that encourage private sector participation in the state’s development.
The governor added that attracting sustainable investments remains central to his administration’s vision of building a resilient economy capable of creating prosperity for residents.
The 42 Glover Luxury Collection Building is expected to expand Lagos’ luxury real estate market, attract fresh private capital and create employment opportunities during and after construction. The project also underscores the state’s drive to position itself as a preferred destination for investment, reinforcing its ambition to remain Nigeria’s commercial and economic hub.
