In her new capacity, Mrs. Ojumu will oversee technical functions and strategic relationships connecting agribusinesses and agricultural value chains with commercial banks and other financial institutions. Her expertise in capital mobilization and transaction structuring will directly support NIRSAL’s ongoing mission to sustainably expand the flow of commercial financing into Nigeria’s agricultural economy.
Academically grounded, Mrs. Ojumu is an alumna of the University of Lagos and the Lagos Business School. Professionally, she is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Group, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria, and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, United Kingdom.
Her appointment reinforces NIRSAL’s executive leadership team under the stewardship of Mr. Sa’ad Hamidu, positioning the company to further refine its value proposition, maintain its recent growth momentum, and solidify its status as Africa’s premier agricultural credit risk-sharing institution.
