Adeleke promises stable electricity supply in Osun

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has promised a stable electricity supply across the thirty (30) Local Government and Local Council Development Areas (LCDA) in the state.

The Governor assured the residents of the state during inter religious service held at Bola Ige House, State Secretariat, Osogbo on Tuesday.

According to Adeleke, “I’m always embarrassed whenever I move round the state at night and dirty and it is dark. When Atiku came to Osun he told me that he has never being to any state in Nigeria as dark as Osun. I promised that next time he will come, I would have light up the state.”

Adeleke reiterated that his administration is working assiduously to present great achievements for his first 100 days in office.

He charged urged the residents of the state to continue to pray for the present government, saying slowing and surely Osun will get to promise land.

However, he charged the people of the state to give his government the adequate support to have a desire state.

Adeleke said, “We shall get to promise land, you see that we have renovated the Governor’s office, you haven’t seen anything yet, never again will you see Osun being dirty again. Osogbo will not be out of electricity again, Osun will never go dark again, there will be regular power supply.

“I am going to rule with the fear of God. We should not ask for what Osun will do for us, but we must continue to ask for what you can do for the state. All hand must be on deck to move Osun forward, the civil service must join hands with me to move Osun to promise.

“We must ensure that the state is clean, I want everywhere in Osun State to be clean, I want other state to be jealous of Osun State. From now henceforth, I will be paying offices unscheduled visit and if I find out that your surroundings is dirty, you will be questioned, your offices must be clean because you are representing Osun state,” Adeleke maintained.
