The newly elected executive members of the Inter-party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Osun State have been charged to contribute their quota to the political harmony of the State so that the prevailing political peace can continue unhindered.

The charge was given by the Commissioner for Political Affairs and Intergovernmental Relations, Hon Taiwo Akeju while receiving the new executive members of IPAC during a courtesy call on him in his office.

While welcoming the new executive, the Commissioner congratulated the team on its recent emergence, describing their victory as well deserved.

The chairman of the newly elected executives of Inter-party Advisory Council, Mr Adebayo Simon, who is also the Chairman APM, in his speech, declared that the driving vision of his administration is to revive the political institution of the state to an enviable standard that others will compulsively take a cue from it.

Mr Simon explained that although the council is made up of people from different political parties, their common consensus of building Osun state is bigger than any personal ambition or political ideology.
