As part of his ongoing efforts to spread goodwill and provide support to residents of Osun, particularly members and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, has released food items for immediate distribution across the state.
Oyetola ordered the distribution of three bags of rice to each of the 393 political wards in the state, along with other food items such as Semovita, vegetable oil, chickens, and cows, which will be distributed to communities throughout the state.
This Christmas and New Year package is part of Oyetola’s charitable initiative to bring comfort to the people of Osun during the festive season.
According to the information provided, the party chairmen across the 393 wards and 30 Local Government Areas, including the Ife-East Area Office and Modakeke, are expected to meet with the State Chairman, Alhaji Tajudeen Lawal, to receive their packages.
It was also revealed that provisions have been made for the party’s leaders, chieftains, and major stakeholders in the state.
