Can you introduce yourself?

I am the Dean & Director of Studies of the first biggest Real Estate Academy in Africa known as the BRG ACADEMY

What brought about the name  BILLIONAIRE REALTOR  GROUP ACADEMY?

The BRG Academy is an initiative of the Billionaire Realtor Group, a network of Nigeria’s leading independent real estate marketers specialising in comprehensive integrated solutions for real estate brokers. Hence, the need for Disruptive Innovation & providing cutting edge solutions to the knowledge gap in the Real Estate Industry brought about the establishment of the BRG Academy. The BRG Academy is created as an institution that serves as a platform to promote individual development through the transfer of skills, expert knowledge and insight, give realtors competitive edge as a sales person so as to help deliver higher margins and achieve greater sales productivity.

When was it established?

It was established in 2022.

What was  the aim  towards the founding of BRG Academy?

It is created for the purpose of  learning for real estate consultants and realtors where they are engaged with the modern day technology, practical trainings with specific skills and in-depth knowledge they need to develop their expertise as a complete sales person in the real estate industry.

How many  people formed  the BRG  Academy?

We  were four people who established the BRG Academy  from,   Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire (President, Billionaire Realtor Group),    Dr. Emmanuel Abikoye
(COO, Billionaire Realtors Group),    Mr. GBENGA Adeleke (CAO, Billionaire Realtor Group),   Emmanuel Osoteku (Dean, BRG Academy).

Are there  any government policies affecting  the smooth running of the  organisation?

We have a smooth relationship with the Government and we look forward to expanding across Africa and the diaspora.

How credible is the certification?

It is a  game changer for us, as we said, we are disrupting this industry as certification by BRG Academy is now collaborated with the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (MSBM) in the UK and Dubai.

Where do you see BRG Academy in the next 5O years?

BRG would have grown from an Academy to a University, as the goal is  to make it an institution and a legacy project that when you talk about real estate in Nigeria the number one name in mind is BRG Academy. The vision is to integrate it to Universities across Africa, where they can take our Courses as a major course in the institution. Companies and schools would send in staff and students to the Academy to run internship programmes.

Is the BRG Academy for only Nigerians?

It is an academy open for everyone both the diaspora people around the world, as the academy stands as an equipping center to learn.

What has been the results?

Yes, we have testimonial videos that show students doing seven figures per month and even in dollars also selling properties on a global scale, people who came in with nothing, people who were nobody have now leveled up.
