Unveiling of ERCAAN national 2021 conference

The Estate Rent Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria, has unveil a new logo which we serve as an dentity of recognition for it Association.
The body also promised to proffer proven lasting solution to the problem of housing deficit in Nigeria.
The frontline Association, revealed it new identity on Tuesday in preparation towards it forthcoming National Conference and exhibition slated for October this year.
Speaking exclusively to Nigerian NewsDirect, The National President of the association, Hon.Alenkhe, EFA, emphasized the significance of the new logo and noted that top-notch preparations are been put in place by his Association in providing affordable housing for Nigerian.
According to him, Ecraan has come of age and is ready to maximise it’s strength, professionalism, relationships and networking in addressing the problem of the nation.
In his word, “ERCAAN has come of age despite our travels, we have been able to take advantage of our numerical strength of being the biggest Real Estate Association in marketing our brand to our nation.
“Today, we are officially unveiling the identity of our organization to our members, stakeholders, various establishment, as this will serve as our new identity.
Highlighting the rationale behind the theme of the conference and exhibition, “Housing Subsidy, Solutions to Affordable Homes.” He said, efforts of the government over the years in addressing housing challenges has not yielded the desire result.
Alenkhe stressed that giving the whooping fifteen million Housing deficit and the projected over N3billion at addressing the challenges, Ecraan has take it upon itself to contribute a meaningful quota.
“This year’s conference is borne out of our Agitation in advocating for and addressing the demand and access to affordable housing. Despite the dire warning that Nigeria exponential population growth might snowball in to social disaster. The various housing policies and scheme put in place by the government can not in and of itself, proffer lasting solution to the challenge.
He charges, the government at various level to do more, as he hinted that accomplished professionals, respected politicians, ministers, and especially the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu will be the chief host.
“This forthcoming, conference would have resource persons drawn from within and outside the Real Estate Sector of the economy as well as the Lagos State Government.
An official invitation as already been sent to the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, GCON, the Hon Minister of works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, the HON Minister of Culture Alhaji Lai Mohammed and the Lagos State Governor, Mr.Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu who is the chief host.”
