UBA Business Series to empower SMEs

The United Bank for Africa (UBA) is set to host its latest edition of the UBA Business Series, with a sharp focus on equipping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the tools and knowledge necessary to build businesses that stand the test of time.

Slated for today at the UBA House in Marina, Lagos, as well as online, the event will explore the theme, “Built to Last: Building Generational Business.”

This session aims to provide a blueprint for creating enterprises that can endure through generations, weathering political and economic shifts.

UBA’s Group Head of Retail and Digital Banking, Shamsideen Fashola, underscored the value of this event for SME owners, noting that the insights shared by successful entrepreneurs could be pivotal for those seeking to create businesses with longevity.

“This edition provides a platform for SMEs to learn from experienced entrepreneurs who have built and sustained businesses through the decades. Hearing their stories and strategies will be invaluable for any business owner looking to build a lasting enterprise,” Fashola remarked.
