Colombia booked a place in the last four after a duty comfortable 3-0 victory against Tanzania in their quarter-final tie on Saturday afternoon.
The Flamingos will Colombia battle for a place in the final on Wednesday, October 26.
The Nigerian girls beat United States of America 4-3 on penalties on Friday to seal a place in the semis.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes.
