Trustcrow, Nigeria’s first Escrow firm introduces platform of confidence for property deals

The first and only Escrow company in Nigeria, Trustcrow has introduced its platform of trust and confidence for all property deals.

This was revealed at the inaugural Trustcrow Deals Summit 2024 which was held on Wednesday, in Lagos.

The summit themed, ‘Connect, Collaborate and Close,’ featured a wide range of real estate experts and hosted several property firms exhibiting goods and services.

According to the Director, Trustcrow, Joe Orji, the summit was organised in order to answer questions regarding the need for better infrastructure to conduct real estate transactions.

He explained that the Trustcrow Deals Summit is an exclusive event tailored for stakeholders involved in the property business as it aims to connect attendees with valuable resources, opportunities and industry professionals to elevate their ventures.

He noted that the Escrow firm is the first of its kind in Nigeria, saying, “Here is a solution to the complaint of too many clients getting scammed when they buy a property. The complaints that too many people promise to buy but never follow through and the complaint that paying for property and waiting for documents is painful. We work together with you to develop a product which solves your problems in a simple, effective and straightforward manner.

“In property business, different stakeholders have different negative experiences. Trustcrow is that platform that gives confidence and trust to buyers, sellers and brokers. We are a neutral party, an intermediary, a technology escrow platform and this is an online escrow.”

“Hence, Whether buying, renting or developing a property we ensure that both parties’ interests are protected,” Mr Orji assured.
