Transfer: Napoli chief provides update on Osimhen’s future amid Chelsea, Man United links

Napoli sporting director, Cristiano Giuntoli has said the club will assess the future of Victor Osimhen at the end of the season.

Osimhen has been linked with Chelsea, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.

The three clubs are expected to launch a bid for the forward this summer.

Chelsea and PSG, in particular, have huge financial backing and can tempt the Serie A leaders with a big offer.

“Are we working on Kvaratskhelia, Osimhen and Kim? Right now, they are guys who have long-term contracts,” Guintoli said on Amazon Prime.

“We’ll look into it further. Probably this summer, we gave priority to those with short deadlines”.

Osimhen will have two years remaining on his contract with Napoli by this summer.

The Nigerian has scored 23 goals and provided five assists in 28 games across all competitions for Napoli this season.
