Transfer: It’s right time to go – Man Utd midfielder leaves Ten Hag’s side

Manchester United midfielder Zidane Iqbal has bid farewell to the club on Thursday night.

In a lengthy post via his Instagram story, Iqbal said he loves Man United and would always be a Red Devils fan.

The 20-year-old, however, insisted that it was the right time for him to leave Man United.

“I will always be a United fan and I will always love this football club,” Iqbal said.

“The time is right to go and take on a new challenge. It is one that I cannot wait for, and I will be applying myself with the same level of desire, determination and dedication that has taken me this far in my career.”

Meanwhile, Iqbal is closing in on a permanent move to FC Utrecht from Man United.
