Cyriel Dessers will sign a four-year contract at Rangers after the Light Blues and Cremonese agreed on a fee for his transfer, according to the News Men.
Cremonese allowed the frontman join the Scottish Premiership giants for £4m, a little less than they paid Belgian Pro League outfit, KRC Genk for the Nigerian last summer.
Dessers will have his medical this week to complete his move to Ibrox.
The 28-year-old will be the sixth summer arrival at Rangers.
The forward spent just one season at Cremonese, where he scored seven goals in 29 league appearances.
Rangers are looking to sign three more players before the start of the 2023/24 season.
