
Tinubu congratulates APC publicity secretary on 60th birthday
President Bola Tinubu congratulates Mr Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on his 60th birthday.
“The President joins the leadership and members of the APC, as well as Morka’s family, friends, and associates, in celebrating the milestone birthday of a committed party stalwart and strategic thinker.
“President Tinubu acknowledges Mr. Morka’s crucial contribution to advancing the APC’s communication and publicity efforts and profoundly values his unwavering dedication,” Mr Bayo Onanuga the President’s spokesman, said in a statement.
Tinubu commended Morka for articulating and effectively communicating the party’s vision, policies, and achievements.
He notes that his intellectual acumen and steadfast commitment have significantly bolstered the APC’s public engagement.
Morka is a renowned human rights lawyer, urban development specialist, and founder of the Social and Economic Rights Action Center (SERAC).
He is a former legal director of the Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO), and now the chairman-designate of the Board of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
“As Mr Morka prepares to embark on his additional role as Board Chairman of NTA, President Tinubu expresses confidence in his ability to provide the leadership necessary to transform the national broadcaster and usher in a new era of high-quality content across all its channels.
