Three suspected kidnappers arrested in Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has apprehended three individuals suspected of kidnapping in the Ikorodu region of the state.

This information was disclosed by SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the command’s Public Relations Officer, on Wednesday in Lagos.

The suspects were reportedly caught trying to abduct a car dealer on Ebute-Igbogbo Road in Ikorodu on Tuesday.

The three detained suspects, identified as Sodiq, Tunde, and Sikiru, are between the ages of 23 and 33. They have been in police custody since the incident occurred.

SP Hundeyin also mentioned that efforts are underway to locate and capture two additional suspects who managed to flee during the police operation.

An investigation into the case is currently underway to determine the full extent of their activities.
