The Founder, One Love Family, Sat Guru Maharaj Ji has described popular Yoruba human right activist, Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho as saviour to the Yoruba nation due to his stand up action against herdsmen in Igangan, ibarapa axis of Oyo State.
Maharaj Ji also said he should be made the leader of Amotekun in the region.
Maharaj Ji made this known while briefing Journalists recently at Maharaj Ji village along KM 10, Ibadan/Lagos expressway, said Sunday Igboho along with Gov Akeredolu of ondo state must be protected as they are the Omojomolo while Akeredolu is the new peoples goveenor of Yoruba Nation.
“As we are all aware the intractable issue of insecurity in the land accentuated by herdsmen marauding the nooks and crannies of the nation, who have been linked with all kinds of criminalities, ranging from banditry, kidnappings. wanton killings of farmers, rape, destruction of farmlands, burning of homes and sack of communities from their ancestral lands, among other sundry acts of terrorism, recently took a new dimension with the surprise emergence of Sunday Igboho, the “Omojomolo” of the moment, as well as the decisive steps taken by the Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, the new people’s Governor to rid Ondo State of rogue herdsmen who indulge in bizarre acts of brigandage and terrorism in the state. ”
“In view of Sunday Igboho’s commitment to the security of our people, there is nothing wrong bringing him in to head the Amotekun or any strategic security organ of government because the situation we are facing now demands calls for the use of patriotic and selfless soldiers to free the race from the evil grip of neo-colonialist agents who are working for the re-colonization of the Black race. “\
Maharaj Ji added that Igboho shouldn’t be condemned for his well taken action but be appreciated for rising up to be his brothers keeper despite all odds against him.
” Sunday Igboho needs to be commended for his courage and boldness in challenging the criminal activities of these El-Rufai boys who are armed to the teeth, within the ambit of the law of the land.
Speaking on the burning of Igboho”s house, Sat Guru Maharaj Ji said all involved in the act should be ready to face it exactly a year after the incident.
“The reported burning of Sunday Igboho’s home at Ibadan is highly condemnable and those involved in this act of barbarism must be ready to reap the fruit of their wickedness exactly a year after the act.”
He also welcomed President Mohammedu Buhari decision to appoint new service chiefs as a bid to improve the state of security in the nation.
He urged Nigerians to support the new service chiefs as they are determine to deliver the nation from Insecurities battle.
“We welcome Mr President’s decision to appoint new Service Chiefs in a bid to improve on the state of national security. We must see reason not to politicize the appointment because we trust and believe in Mr President’s wisdom as having acted in the best interest of the nation.”
“Nigerians should extend their hands of co-operation to ensure that they deliver on their onerous services to securing the nation, bearing in mind that the price of eternal liberty is vigilance. Hence, all suspected movements and persons must be promptly reported to security operatives for immediate necessary action.”
