Subsidy removal may create chaos – OPC warns FG

The Oodua Peoples Congress, (OPC) a Yoruba Socio-Cultural Group founded by Late Dr. Frederick Iseotan Fasheun has appealed to the APC-led Government to rescind her decision on the planned removal of Fuel subsidy and a pump price of N340  per Litre of the PMS so as not to aggravate the already tensed situation of the Nigeria populace.

Talking on behalf of the current President of the OPC , Prince Oshibote told Newsmen Prince Odunayo Ogunmoye, the National Coordinator of OPC warns FG to make the price of gas affordable for common man as against the current N800 per Kilogram.

On the rumors of the rancor in the OPC, the National Coordinator said “OPC has no other President beside Prince Oshibote who was the anoited Prince even while Late Dr. Frederick Fasheun was alive. The OPC wants the general public to see anyone parading himself as the new OPC President as a betrayal in all ramifications.”
