Solewant Group has won the African Offshore Magazine Oil & Gas Contractor of the Year Award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences.
The Offshore Energy Contractor of the Year Award is granted only to businesses that meet high standards in quality leadership skills, contract implementation, project execution, and contributions to Africa.
The award was conferred on Solewant Group on June 27, 2024, during Offshore Magazine’s 3rd Anniversary Summit & Award Ceremony titled “Public Sector Financing: The Oil Revenue Challenges, Solutions and Prospects,” held in Accra, Ghana.
According to Offshore Magazine, Solewant Group is “an outstanding contractor with a strong impact on the African economy. The analysis revealed a strong nexus between the organisation’s formidable deliverables and the growth manifested in the African energy sector.”
The Group Managing Director/CEO of Solewant Group, Mr. Solomon Ewanehi, while accepting the award, expressed his happiness that the good works of Solewant have not gone unnoticed.
