Senate affirms Bawa as Chairman EFCC

The Senate has affirmed the arrangement of Abdulrasheed Bawa as considerable Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

This followed the screening of the chosen one at the Committee of the Whole on Wednesday.

Bawa had before at whole, reacted to inquiries from representatives on his vision and mission whenever affirmed as director of the commission.

Newsmen reports that previous executives of the commission included Nuhu Ribadu, Farida Waziri, Ibrahim Lamorde, Ibrahim Magu and Mohammed Umar.
