Samola applauded for fulfilling promises on developmental projects

The Executive Chairman of Olorunda Local Council Development Area, Hon. Samson Folorunso Olatunde (SAMOLA) has been applauded for facilitating the construction of Esepe Mini Bridge and rehabilitations of some inner-link roads to cushion the harsh effects on constituents.

The Council Mayor said that the community initiatives are geared towards sustainability, basic quality services and collaboration with affected areas in a way that will bring governance to the door step of citizenry, with a view to uplift local economic growth.

This was disclosed in a statement signed by Head, Public Affairs Unit, Olorunda LCDA, Jrs Aderinto O. Adebisi, and made available to Nigerian NewsDirect.

According to Samola, “The developmental projects was implemented with the taxpayers money and the Council is poised to identifying more projects that will have direct impacts on the populace and communities at large, as the utmost belief in the ideology of dividend of democracy which must be enjoyed by everyone in Olorunda LCDA.

“The commitments since inception of this administration has initiated different interventions in providing better Healthcare Facilities, Standard Educational system, Sustainable Environment, series of Empowerment programmes with Cash assistants, Infrastructural developments and equally committed to Socio-economic growth to make life meaningful to the Council residents.”

In their remarks, the residents commended the Council Chairman for all efforts in delivering dividends of democracy to their Communities.

A resident identified as Mr. Babatunde Matthew (Gentle-lion) and one of Community member on Project Committee,  Mr. Avoseh Michael, in their separate remarks expressed gratitude to the council boss for remembering their Communities for construction of Esepe Mini Bridge and roads rehabilitation, which according to them, will make life easier for them.
