Rivers United forward Albert Korvah has been handed an invitation by Liberia for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying games.
Liberia will play Malawi and Equatorial Guinea in the doubleheader encounter on November 17 and 20, respectively.
Korvah is receiving his third invitation after making his debut for the Lone Stars in September in a friendly match against Ghana.
The 24-year-old forward has featured once for Rivers United this season during the matchday seven home draw against Sunshine Stars.
Korvah played a crucial role in Stanley Egunma’s side’s qualification for the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Meanwhile, teammate Mark Theo Gibson was left out of the Liberian coach Ansu Keita’s selection despite making his debut last month for the Lone Stars.
