Rest in Christ Gospel Bible Church graduates 14 students

…as Prophet Wasinuola launches Asiri Itusile

The Rest in Christ Gospel Bible College in Ifo, Ogun state recently graduated its first batch of diploma and certificate students in grand style.

The event theme, “graduation ceremony & launching of video CD- the secret in deliverance,” witnessed turnout from family and church members who came to honour the students and the host, Prophet. Dr. A. J. Wasinuola.

Prophet Wasinuola in a chat with our correspondent urged the fresh graduates to go out and preach the gospel and show Christ-like all the time.

According to him, “I’m delighted that 14 students are graduating from Rest in Christ Gospel Bible College. We have been in the journey since 2016- It was not easy but we thank God for making it to pass in 2021.”

Speaking on the vision for the school, he said, “The vision I have for this college is to have a structure where students across the world can come and learn bible.”

He expressed that the school is meant for everyone, stressing that cost for registration is N2,000 with a duration of 1 year course in bible diploma/certificate.

“We have class for diploma and certificate in bible studies,” he said.

While commenting on the launched video CD of “secret in deliverance” (Asiri Itusile), Prophet. Wasinuola stated that the album is aimed at setting the captive free from the bondage of Satan and it was a vision given to him by God.

According to him, “There are some things that people need to know. So, God gave me the opportunity to deliver it in the album for our people to know.

“It is not everything you pray about. Once your understanding is exposed, then you can overcome your spiritual battle. That is why part 4 of the album was launched.

“Part 1 to 3 was a success as people were calling me to testify to the goodness of God. I thank God for using those albums to deliver some people. I believe the part 4 album will set our people free because there are a lot of secret people need to know and work on.”

Speaking about his ministry vision, he said, “It is in the vision of God that Rest in Christ Gospel Bible College be known across the globe.”

Delivering his sermon, Pastor Shoyombo Sunday, who preached from Matthew 28:18-20, urged the 14 graduates to preach to the lost souls not to those in faith, stressing that church growth is dwindling.

According to him, “Minsters of today are not looking for lost sheep. We only preach for those in faith and fail to preach to unbelievers. God demanded of us to preach to the lost souls. It is a pity that new churches are always attacking old churches which shouldn’t be.

“There is nothing like unity in the Christendom anymore as churches are not preaching the word of God any longer. The graduates of today are to go out and preach the gospel as directed by Jesus.”

He urged the graduates to display Christ-like and win souls to the Lord.

He added that, “You have a lot of work in the Lord You must sustain reading the word of the Lord for effective growth.”

One of the graduates, Evang. Serah Wasinuola expressed joy for graduating from Rest in Christ Gospel Bible College.

“Such a thing has never happened in my life. I attended one before but I was unable to complete it. I thank God for completing the bible school in my husband’s church and I want to thank God,” she said.

According to her, “What is expected of me is to preach the word of God and win souls. I pray to God to help me work for Him till the end.”

Another student, Evang. Olabode Esther expressed happiness for completing the 1-year program, stressing that it is an opportunity to serve the Lord.

She also expressed readiness to preach the word to sinners and let others see Jesus through her ministration.
