Remo Stars will maintain top form during NPFL playoff – Ogunmodede

Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede is hopeful his side will replicate their impressive performance in the Nigeria Premier Football League Super Six playoffs.

The Sky Blues were unbeaten in the second stanza finishing in second position on the Group A table.

The Ikenne club thrashed Kwara United 4-0 in their final game of the regular season on Sunday.

“We will work tirelessly to replicate our form in the NPFL regular season in the playoff,” Ogunmodede told Newsmen.

“We have our target of finishing among the top three teams to make it to the continent.”

Remo Stars, Enyimba, Bendel Insurance, Rivers United, Lobi Stars and Sunshine Stars will compete in the Super Six playoff at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena Onikan, Lagos next month.
