Real Madrid, Barcelona name Champions League squad

Barcelona and Real Madrid have submitted their squads for the 2021-22 Champions League group stages, listing plenty of young talents as published on the UEFA website.

While Barcelona is drawn in Group E alongside the likes of Bayern Munich, Benfica, and Dynamo Kiev, the Real Madrid Champions League campaign will start with a trip to face Inter at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan.

There are, however, few surprises on Barcelona’s List A for the Champions League with all the first-teamers named (even Miralem Pjanic despite the fact he’s moved to Besiktas).

The B list is more interesting with youngsters Arnau Tenas, Alejandro Balde, Gavi, and Nico Gonzalez all included.
