Rainoil wraps up 25th year of existence with heartwarming Gala night

Rainoil Ltd. an integrated energy company has wrapped up the 25th year anniversary with a glamorous Gala night.

The celebration which was held in Lagos had in attendance Captain of the oil and gas Industry, Family, Friends and well wishers took time out to celebrate with the the Managing Director of Rainoil, Gabriel Ogbechie, Management and staff of the integrated oil company.

Earlier, as part of its annual celebration, the company had promised to add value to sports development in the country.

Mr. Ogbechie revealed that the company organised the Rainoil Annual Tennis Tournament which takes place at either the Ikoyi Club or Lagos Country Club and has been one avenue to bring out budding talents in tennis.

“It is an annual tournament which will bring the best tennis players in the country to play and earn good prizes for themselves,” he said.

“We take sports very seriously because it is one veritable way of impacting the society and prosperity for our teeming youths in the country.

“So, we are looking forward to hosting this year’s tennis tournament in a big and better way.

“Some of the Sporting events to celebrate this year’s anniversary include, drills, scrabble, chess, 50 million dash, relay race, tug of war and football.

“Promoting fitness is one of the most beneficial choices any employer can make to encourage their workers to reach their full potential,” Ogbechie continued.

“Also the sports day provides a bonding moment that allows them to get to work out with other colleagues while taking a break from their job.

“I am highly excited today about the events lined up to celebrate our 25 years in operation.

“As you can see a good number of our staff are here today to be part of the sports and that shows their readiness to be industrious because it is only a fit mind that can be productive.”

The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun was amongst the numerous dignitaries who graced the occasion.
