PZ Cussons Nigeria approves N397m dividend for 2020

Shareholders of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc had approved a dividend of N397million at the rate of 10k per share for the year ended May 31, 2020 which was declared out of the profits for the year ended  May 31, 2020.

The approval was at the 72nd Annual General Meeting of the company held on Friday, January 29, 2021.

A notification by the company at the Nigerian Stock Exchange also confirmed the re-election and election of Directors: Mrs. Elizabeth Ebi and Mr. Georgios Sotiropoulos who retired by rotation but re-elected.

The appointments of Mr. Gbenga Oyebode, Mr. Panagiotis Katsis and Mr. Zuber Momoniat who were appointed after the last AGM.

Mallam Dahiru Muhammad was said to have retired as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 31 January, 2021.
