PSG offer Tottenham four players in exchange for Ndombele

Paris Saint-Germain have offered Tottenham Hotspur four players in an exchange deal for their midfielder, Tanguy Ndombele.

According to Foot Mercato, Julian Draxler, Danilo, Leandro Paredes and Ander Herrera are the four players PSG offered to Tottenham in a bid to sign Ndombele.

The report added that Tottenham, however, rejected PSG’s latest offer.

Ndombele is said to be among the names under consideration in PSG after failing to work his way into Antonio Conte’s long-term plans at Tottenham over the last few months.

The 25-year-old is said to be closing in on a six-month loan move to Valencia, who have emerged as the main contenders to secure his signature over the next few days.

However, PSG appears to be very much in the frame to land Ndombele as they are prepared to cover the player’s full wage for the duration of the proposed loan spell.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have already tried to sweeten the deal by offering four players in exchange for Ndombele, but it seems as though they will need to go back to the drawing board in order to finalize the move before the January transfer window closes next week.

The report claimed that Tottenham had no interest in bringing in the four players mentioned above as they are looking to offload Ndombele before signing any new players of their own.

Ndombele joined Tottenham from Lyon in 2019.
