Poor officiating major problem in NNL – New Chairman, Aluo

The newly appointed chairman of the Nigeria National League, NNL, George Aluo has pointed out that poor officiating is the biggest challenge of the league.

Mr Aluo made this observation during a press briefing at the NNL head office in Abuja.

He disclosed that there is already a plan in place to adequately provide for the referees welfare before the commencement of the new season.

“Officiating is the biggest challenge facing our league,” he stated during a chat with the media in Abuja.

“The new board has started preparations on how to take care of referees’ welfare before the start of the new season.

“The moment we get officiating right and adequate securities available at match venues, we are good to go.”
