Police declare 96 IPOB members wanted over attack on Chibuzo Robinson Okolo’s family

The Nigerian Police in Abuja have declared 96 members of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) wanted.

They were declared wanted for terrorism, violence , extremism and secessionist threats against the state including their attack on the family of (late) Nwabueze Okolo Emmanuel in Ozom Aguobu-owa, Eziagu LGA,Enugu State, while Mr. Chibuzo Robinson Okolo was missing after a horrifying attack on his family members by IPOB.

Okolo, who was by wink escaped the attack as four of his relatives were murdered in cold blood.His family members killed by IPOB attack are: Ifeanyi iyiegbu, Abuchi Okeke, John Maduabuchi andOnuorah Nwangwu.

As gathered, other communities attacked by IPOB are: Awha Imezi – in Eziagu L.G.A, Iwolooghe – in Eziagu L.G.A, Imezi olo – in Eziagu L.G.A and Amansi Odo – in EziaguL.G.A.Aside from killing his family members, the deadly IPOB members also destroyed properties worth millions of Naira and a palm oil factory that belongs to Nwabueze Okolo Emmanuel.

The police spoke man said IPOB members believed that Chibuzo has been masterminding the report of their operations to the police and others security agents.

They (IPOB) even believed that he was a spy on all their operations and that many of them have been arrested by police and some are on wanted list of the police, they believe all these are the hand work of Robinson.

It was gathered that this deadly group had also destroyed so many houses and farms while they do kidnapped so many in lieu of this the whereabout of Chibuzo Robinson Okolo is unknown.

Okolo remain unknown. His family is desperately searching for him, and the police have urged anyone with information about his location to come forward and report to the nearest police station.
