Police caution tricycle, cruiser administrators against working past specified time in Ebonyi

The Ebonyi Police Command has cautioned tricycle and cruiser administrators in the state against working past the specified time to improve security.

The Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Aliyu Garba, gave the admonition in an articulation gave on Wednesday in Abakaliki.

Garba approached all inhabitants of the state to carefully hold fast to legitimate requests, notice that violators would be arraigned.

“The consideration of the Commissioner of Police, Ebonyi Command, has been attracted to the intentional/explicit refusal of some tricycle riders, prominently known as “Keke” and cruiser administrators in the state to carefully stick to the state government law.

“The law has denied the activities of tricycles past 11 pm. what’s more, cruisers past 7 pm,” the assertion said.

While expressing that the boycott was to additionally improve the security of the state, Garba noticed that the vast majority of the wrongdoings being carried out around evening time inside the town were with the utilization of tricycles and cruisers.

He, in this way, cautioned that hereafter, anybody found participating in the illicit demonstration would be captured and arraigned.
