PDP People’s Mandate congratulates Sen. Iyochia on emergence as National Chair of PDP

The PDP People’s Mandate has congratulated the former Nigerian Senate president, Senate Iyochia Ayu on his emergence as the national Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the just concluded National Convention of the party.
The support group extolled the leadership dexterity of the former Senate president who at a time was a minister of Education, Special Duties and Environment charged him to immediately swing into action in repositioning the party ahead of 2023 general election.
The groups National Coordinator, Engr. (Mrs) Patricia Stan-Dioka who signed the congratulatory message noted that the PDP is on course by the emergence of Dr Ayu and expressed confidence that the party will hence move with vigor and vision that will enable its victory in future elections.
She emphasized on the need to reconcile every aggrieved members of the party and set a target for the battles ahead. Equally she called on the new Chairman to use his contact and network to attract big weights into the party saying that Politics remains a game of numbers.
The National coordinator assured the Chairman and the incoming National Working Committee of the groups support in achieving a virile, focused and determined PDP.
