Oyetola’s performance in two years unprecedented —Electronic Practitioners

The Nigeria Incorporated Electronics Practitioners in the state of Osun has commended Governor Oyetola over his landmark and unprecedented achievements within two years.

This is even as they appreciated Oyetola for giving them the privilege to lend their voice to the government through the office of  Civic Engagement.

The President of the association, Engr. Atoyeje Olusegun who spoke at an engagement meeting with Special Adviser to Governor Adegboyega Oyetola on Civic Engagement, Hon. Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, said Oyetola has excellently performed in the most critical sectors of the state economy despite financial challenges and the effects of Covid-19 pandemic.

Olusegun, at the event which was held at the centre for Civic Engagement Center, Osogbo specifically, underscored the giant strides which Oyetola has recorded in the road infrastructure through which substantial numbers of community in the state has benefited from, while commending the Governor on the construction of Ede-Ara-Ejigbo, Alekuwodo/Akinladu among other related roads which have been dilapidated for years.

He expressly revealed that the entire citizenry of the state are agog about the education policy review, accentuating that Oyetola’s administration will forever be commended for such step in a right direction.

“Oyetola’s administration understands the rudiments of democracy as people centred structural arrangement with which he is steering the state governance.

“We will forever be grateful to Oyetola’s administration for giving us the leverage to register our aspirations, yearnings and demands, an opportunity we’ve been longing to have for several years.

“We won’t forget this rare privilege in the history of our association and our long term support for the progressive government will remain unflinching”, they added.

The association equally sought for grants, soft loans and other empowerment programs from the government for the benefits of its members which by extension, will contribute to the economic base of the state.

In his submissions, the Special Adviser reiterated that Governor Oyetola is a responsive leader who through his listening quality, would leave no stone unturned in ensuring people’s yearnings are sated.

“His resolve to institute a democratic and people driven governance has necessitated the creation of this civic engagement office to serve as an interface between the government and the people.

“You’re assured that the government is steadfast and determined to formulate policies and execute programs which will make life better for the masses,” he added.

Oyintiloye however, gave them the assurance that necessary democratic dividends would be apportioned to them as a group.
