…Flags off federal constituency campaign

The flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), in Irepodun, Orolu, Olorunda, Osogbo Federal Constituency, Mrs Abosede Afolabi Ogo-Oluwa has expressed optimism that the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) would emerge victorious in the coming general elections.
Ogo-Oluwa who said categorically that the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu would defeat other contenders explained that Tinubu has what it takes to take the country to an enviable level.
The APC candidate stated this while addressing lovers and supporters of the APC at the Osogbo Federal Constituency flag off campaign held at the Nelson Mandela Freedom Park, Osogbo on Tuesday.
She said that members of the party were ready and have prepared for the task ahead of them, adding that Osun APC will win the presidential election for Tinubu, the three Senatorial and all the nine House of Representatives seats come 2023.
She charged the crowd to go back to their various Local Government Areas to start canvassing to electorates on the need for them to vote for all the candidates of the party in the next year election.
According to her, “With what we have done so far, as far as I am concerned to a large extent, we are fully prepared. Our President is going to emerge, our Senate, our House of Representatives and House of Assembly candidates.
“We have been visiting communities across the four Local Governments and with what we have done to let them know that we are working tremendously for their development.
“I do say this to people when it comes to politics, you don’t have to think about yourself, you think about your people, carry them along, let them feel your impact; that is the more reason we are here.”
Speaking, the former Deputy Governor and the APC Chairman for the Federal constituency, Mrs. Grace Titilaoye Ponle charged the electorates in the constituency to vote the APC for more dividends of democracy and quality representation.
Ponle who was represented by the former Chairman of Irepodun Local Government and Secretary of APC in Osogbo Federal Constituency Hon. Oyedeji Abayomi urged the party members to collaborate with the APC candidate to emerge victorious in the upcoming election.
He urged the members and supporters of the APC across the four local governments to collect their PVCs to vote for Abosede Ogo-Oluwa.
He said, “In the history of this Federal Constituency, we never had a female representative before and it is important to support the only woman that has come up to represent us in the history of this Federal Constituency.
“The party is fully prepared in all the Local Governments that constitute this Constituency to sensitise and mobilise people to vote for our candidate and by the grace of God our candidate will win comes February 2023,”he said.
