Osun Govt commences rehabilitation of Cooperative College, Ode-Omun

The Osun State government has commenced the rehabilitation of Cooperative College, Ode-Omun.
The Commissioner for Cooperatives and Empowerment, Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe made this known when he visited the school for an inspection of the ongoing rehabilitation of the college.
He said Governor Ademola Adeleke took a decisive step to have initiated the rehabilitation of the Cooperative College, stating that the institution had been abandoned by the previous administration.
According to him, the state government has commenced the rehabilitation of the abandoned college which would soon be completed while educational activities would commence after the rehabilitation.
Ogungbangbe noted that the Governor Adeleke’s administration recognised the importance of reviving the college to provide quality education and empower the youths of Osun State.
The commissioner commended Governor Adeleke for his unwavering commitment to the educational development of Osun State.
“The rehabilitation of the Cooperative College signifies the administration’s dedication to providing accessible and high-quality educational opportunities for the people of Osun State.
“The revival of the Cooperative College aligns with the government’s objective of empowering the youth through education and skill development,” he said.
Ogungbangbe emphasised the pivotal role institutions like Cooperative College play in fostering growth, empowering communities, and driving sustainable development.
He urged the people of Osun State to support Governor Adeleke’s administration in its efforts to revitalise the educational sector, and emphasised the positive impact the initiative will have on the youth, the community, and the state as a whole.
