Osun Governorship Tribunal: It’s a blatant lie; The sitting is yet to start

It’s laughable that those selfish, self-centred, pompous, vindictive and reactionary political handlers and aides of outgoing Governor Gboyegba Oyetola of Osun State who arrogantly contributed to the defeat of their principal at recently held Osun governorship poll have been fooling themselves and their brainwashed supporters that the tribunal will start sitting today, Monday August 22, 2022.

The truth is that Governor-elect, Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke is yet to be served “the petition” written by Oyetola through his lawyers few weeks ago. This is because Adeleke’s wherever is yet to be known. Hence, Oyetola’s lawyers is set to return to the tribunal in order to move a motion for alternative means of service today.

So those who have been jubilating that the tribunal will start sitting today are ignorantly living in fool paradise because after being served the petition, Adeleke’s lawyers will still reply to those electoral allegations and this may take between one or two months for them to do so.
Invariably, the sitting may likely start after Adeleke might have been sworn-in on November 27, 2022.

Meanwhile, this governorship election tribunal intrigue and tussle may positively or negatively affect the chances of both APC and PDP in the forthcoming 2023 general election as it were.
Methinks, Osun APC would have find means to resolve its internal political crisis before then, but the party’s wall kept cracking because that “lúlè” scenario on July 16, 2022, has not taught those political butterflies claiming to be birds bitter lessons.

Ironically, it’s the same Governor Gboyegba Oyetola’s political camp which have almost killed Osun APC as a party that is now blackmailing ordinary owners of the party as betrayals.
I hope they’ll realize that political foolishness soon.

Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke is the Governor-elect, and would be sworn-in on November 27, 2022. Period!

Those who forgot where the rain starts to beat them shall continue to be trenched by the rain.
