Osun government orders primary and secondary schools to go on vacation amidst protests
The Osun Government has instructed all private and public schools in the state to begin their third-term vacation by Wednesday, in response to the upcoming nationwide protests. This announcement was made by Mr. Muritala Jimoh, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, in a statement issued in Osogbo. The directive informs the public, including parents, guardians, and school administrators, that due to the planned protests, schools should start their vacation on July 31. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure the safety of their children during this period.
