Osun 2022: Ogbara, Adeoye drum support for Oyetola’s re-election
…Urge Nigerians to continue their support for APC

National Coordinator, Women in Nigeria for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (WIN 4 ABAT), Alhaja Kafilat Ogbara on Wednesday urged Nigerian citizens to continue their support for the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, and national leader of the party, Senator Ahmed Tinubu to become Nigeria President in 2023.
Ogbara made the charge at Oba-Ile, Olohunda North, Local Government Development Area, Osun State, during the commissioning and handing over of Town Hall renovated by the Vice-Chairman Hon. Shakira Adeoye.
She appealed to residents of the state to vote en mass for Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for the continuity of the good work in Osun.
Ogbara commended Hon. Shakira Adeoye for her initiative to think about what will be of benefit to all residents of the ancient town.
She, however, advised all others, female political office holders, to ensure they also embark on what that can be of benefit to the immediate environment they are represented.
The women coordinator admonished the people of the town to use the Town Hall judiciously to serve its purpose.
According to the Ogbara, “I want to appeal to everyone citizens of the state to continue to support the ruling All Progressives Congress, governor Adegboyaga Oyetola and also our leader Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“I want to congratulate people of Oba-Ile for given Hon. Shakira Adeoye opportunity to serve as vice-chairman of this local government. And if you give her more positions and she will do more than the expectation.
“Women are very passionate about whatever they are doing and we are ready to deliver Nigeria from where we are today,” she stressed
In her earlier address, Hon. Shakira Adeoye said the Town Hall was in a bad form, and it was abandoned for many years before her intervention.
Adeoye said that the embarrassment that the position of the town hall can bring on indigenous of that community make her swing into action by renovating the town hall.
She however called on the residents of Osun State particularly the people of Oba-file to re-elect Governor Adegboyega Oyetola in the July 16 upcoming governorship election.
“It is crystal clear that in terms of infrastructural development that Governor Adegboyega has put in place for the development of our dear state.
“I want to tell you all that APC remains the best party for our dear country, Nigeria,” she stated.
Dignitaries at the event are; the Secretary to the Osun State Government, Prince Wole Oyebamiji, the Commissioner for Information and Civic Orientation, Funke Egbemode, the chairman of All Progressives Congress, Prince Gboyega Famoodun among others.
