Osun 2022: IBO stakeholders reaffirm support for Oyetola’s reelection
Stakeholders from the Ifelodun-Boripe-Odo Otin (IBO) Federal Constituency, on Sunday, reaffirmed their support for Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s reelection into office at the 2022 governorship election in Osun.
This was disclosed during the Constituency’s first political meeting for the year at Iragbiji, Boripe local government area of the State.
According to the stakeholders, Oyetola’s reelection signals the continuity of good governance, infrastructural & sustainable developments in Osun for another term of four years.
They expressed delight in the leadership model of Oyetola since the inception of his administration, and how he has promoted unity among party members.
They particularly lauded Oyetola’s recent appointments of eight stakeholders from the Constituency into various Boards and in different capacities. The appointees included: Chief Poju Odusola, Hon. Bello Osuolale, Alh. Kareem Afolabi, Alh. Sule Aderemi, Hon. Adebisi Gbolagade, Hon. Olawuwo Hassan, Alhaja Adedapo Mistura Tayo, and Arc. Olalekan Usman.
According to the Chairman, Chief Poju Odusola: “As part of reconciliatory efforts, the meeting also unanimously resolved and consensually agreed that settlements of minor disputes among aggrieved party members is considered highly important for electoral victory in favour of Governor Gboyega Oyetola and for subsequent elections in the State of Osun.”
In attendance were the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, Prince Abdullah Adeyanju Binuyo,Council Chairmen from IBO Federal Constituency, Other Political appointees, Board Members, and notable stakeholders.
