Olukoya, Lagos CP, Odumboni, others bag recognition Awards

The General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministeries), Dr. Daniel Olukoya, Lagos, State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Abiodun Sylvester Alabi, among other eminent Nigerians have been honoured by the management of Global Times International magazine for their outstanding contributions to the society.

The event, which took place at Ikeja, Lagos, saw Nigerians across various walks of life, amidst pomp and glamour.

Speaking at the occasion, Publisher of GTI magazine, Mr. Tunde Bello, said the awards were given to deserved individuals, corporate bodies, agencies and others, who in one way or the other, have distinguished themselves and made huge impact in the society at the local, state and national levels.

Bello, who is also the Vice President of the Celebrity Journal Publishers’ Association (CJPAN) commended the awardees, saying they should count themselves lucky for being the winners of this year’s award.

He added that it was because of their outstanding performances in their chosen fields, coupled with their passion to serve humanity that the awards were bestowed on them.

Among the awardees are  Mrs. Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe, Fidelity Bank  Managing Director – Outstanding Female Banker of the year, Mr. Abiodun Sylvester Alabi (Lagos, State Commissioner of Police) Outstanding Commissioner of Police in Crime Fighting, Dr. Daniel Olukoya (General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministeries) Award of Excellence in Service to Humanity,  Hon. James Adisa Owolabi, representing Ifako-Ijaye federal constituency at National Assembly –  Outstanding Federal Lawmaker in Facilitating  Education Infrastructure into His Constituency and Hon. Rasheed Makinde Lanre representing Ifako-Ijaye 02, Lagos State House of Assembly – Outstanding State Legislator in Facilitating Road Infrastructure into his Constituency of the year.    Mr. Ibrahim Odumboni, (GM, Lagos State Waste Management Authority )  Mrs. Folake Ani-Mummuney -Best Media- Friendly Corporate Communications  Personality of the Year and Mr. Rufai Oseni, Arise TV- Outstanding Media Personality of the year.

Others are  Prince Ifalade Oyekan (General Manager, LNSC,  – Most Effective State-Owned Security Outfit in Nigeria, Hon. Adewale Temitope Adedeji, Member, Lagos State House of Assembly –  Outstanding Lawmaker of the Year, Hon. BIQ Rajh-Label- Political Administrator of the Year,  Mr. Ayo Omotosho (President Ayo Travel Log Communication Limited– Outstanding Tourism Promoter of the Year,   Hon. Victor Onifade – Outstanding Council Legislative Leader,  Hon. Ibraheem Adenekan Aka Phyllum– Outstanding Councilor of the Year, Hon. Tope Abdulrrazaq Balogun-Action Alliance (AA) Governorship Candidate – Outstanding Political Revolutionary Personality of the Year Comrade Cornel Udofia (Outstanding  Media Strategist) and Alhaji Azeez Amzat (Chairman, Lagos State Community Development Committee, Most Outstanding Community Leader of the year).
