One Olufemi Adelabu, a 38-year-old, male, Nigerian, has been declared wanted by the Nigeria Police over alleged involvement in bisexual and inordinate affairs with gay partner, Eyeromedoghene Michael, a 34-year-old man.

The source privy to the information about the incident, who pleaded anonymity affirmed that Adelabu who lived in Kajola Quarters, Owo has been declared wanted by the Nigeria Police.

This followed the confession made by his accomplice Eyeromedoghene Michael who was arrested at a gay wedding conducted in Delta State in August 2023, upon interrogation by the Nigeria Police.

Consequently, upon this confession, the Police stormed Olufemi Adelabu’s residence at Kajola Quarters Owo for his arrest only to learn that he had travelled to an undisclosed location.

Reacting to this, the community leader and the youths of the community where he lived who assisted the Police to locate his house, saw it as a bad omen capable of bringing retrospect and evil into the community and vowed that he, Olufemi Adelabu would pay dearly for the offense he committed to serve as a deterrent to any youth who may have such “evil” act.

However, efforts are currently ongoing to get Olufemi Adelabu arrested to face the consequences of the law on the allegation of bisexuality.

The Police Authority, therefore, urged member of the public to report the whereabout of Olufemi Adelabu to the nearest Police Station for arrest and prosecution as the act of bisexuality is against the law and attract up to 14 years imprisonment and death by stoning in the Northern part of the country where Sharia Law is prevalent
