Ogun NUT congratulates Abiodun, urges him to do more with second term victory

The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Ogun State has sent its congratulatory message to Gov Dapo Abiodun for winning his second term re-election bid during last Saturday governorship polls

The NUT in a statement made available to journalists in Abeokuta on Thursday described Abiodun’s victory as nothing but that which was inspired by God who always allows the spiritual to control the physical.

The teachers said the governor’s victory at the poll was no doubt God’s way of rewarding him for his impacts and efforts to satisfy the insatiable that couldn’t see beyond personal gains

The union has therefore urged Abiodun to see his victory as a call to do more and serve the people diligently

The teachers went ahead to say “Now is the time to work the talk without reneging on any of your promises as a man of his words. On our part we wholeheartedly assure you of our unflinching support as usual for your administration to record appreciable achievement that will write your name across the heart of Ogun State people.

“May your second term reign enjoy divine successes across the State. Congratulations to Your Excellency and your entire team for the feat achieved at the polls”.
