Ogun not selling any late entry form into Schools of Nursing, Midwifery

The Ogun State Government has distanced itself from the fake sale of forms into Schools of Nursing and Midwifery being advertised in the social media, warning members of the public to avoid falling prey to the evil elements behind it.

In a press statement by the Commissioner for Health, Dr. Tomi Coker, the state had concluded admission process for the 2022/2023 session and the successful candidates have since settled down for their programmes.

Coker said that the issue of late forms being circulated in the media space is the handiwork of some fraudsters, affirming that whoever deals with them does so at his or her own risk.

“We have since concluded the admission process into our Colleges of Nursing Sciences which offer Basic Nursing and Midwifery programmes. Good enough, the successful candidates for the 2022/2023 session have settled down in their various classes.

“The general public should note that fraudsters are behind this late form being advertised in social media. The government will not be responsible in any way to whoever falls victims, “she said.

The Commissioner said that official government platforms are always available to pass information to the general public and a visit to the Ogun State Ministry of Health in Abeokuta to confirm and verify information would also do a lot of good to parents and prospective students.
