NYSC mandates HND holders to show IT clearance for mobilization

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has introduced a new requirement for Higher National Diploma (HND) holders, mandating them to present evidence of completing their one-year Industrial Training (IT) as part of their documentation for NYSC mobilisation.

In addition to presenting their National Diploma (ND) and HND certificates or statements of results, HND holders must now provide IT clearance to be eligible for NYSC service.

This new requirement according to NYSC aims to ensure all graduates meet the necessary criteria before commencing their service year.

The NYSC emphasised that this measure is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the mobilisation process.
