NSCDC vows to deal with officers found guilty in harassing electric workers
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has expressed commitment towards the protection of critical Infrastructures such as oil pipelines, telecommunication equipment, electrical power installations, railways, roads, schools, among others.

NSCDC National Headquarters, Abuja, in a statement on Sunday, said the corps expressed displeasure over alleged harassment of electricity workers in River State.
News Men recalls that some officers of the River State command of the corps were allegedly involved in harassment and molestation of some members of staff of the Port Harcourt Electrical Distribution Company (PHED) at Rumuola in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Reacting in a statement, on Sunday, the corps expressed displeasure over the incident and ordered a full scale investigation to determine the truth or otherwise of the complaint by the PHED.
According to him, at the end of the investigation, appropriate disciplinary action would be taken against the officers involved.
