The Newsmen reports that the movie “Wives on Strike: The Uprising” is the third part of the Wives on Strike series, which began in 2016.
The plot follows the story of women who staged a sex strike to protest domestic violence, mixing humor with important social messages.
After the success of the original, the sequel “Wives on Strike: The Revolution” was released in 2018, continuing the theme of women’s rights and inclusivity.
However, the third part, “The Uprising” takes a more intriguing turn, as it tells the story of a widow whose life is turned upside down when her child was kidnapped.
